The story takes place several years after the world 2nd warrior tournament and the destruction of the terrorist crime syndicate Shadowloo. things seemed somewhat more peaceful after Shadowloo's abolishment though a new wave of crime had been arising is certain places around the globe. Several groups are investigating these bizarre acts but are unable to find much solid information as it seems the government agency's are covering it up and acting as if it had never happened. One of the groups tracking these mishaps is Delta Red, the British special forces who believe that a new terrorist syndicate are behind the acts, the name of this new terrorist group is S.I.N. Little is known about S.I.N. other than they are developing a new product which could cause catastrophic danger around the world should it not be nipped in the bud. though S.I.N. have the tested the product out several times they have discovered a way to perfect their new device and need but one person to complete their goal, Ryu. After hearing of Ryu's abilities and that he possesses the Satsui no Hadou, S.I.N. are doing everything within their power to obtain this man and complete their series of tests code named Project: B.L.E.C.E. After Delta Red discover that they are S.I.N. are tracking Ryu, Cammy the leader of the team is contacted by Guile and Chun Li who are also looking for the hermit fighter. Pooling their information together they set out to find Ryu before the S.I.N. does, but who would know Ryu's where abouts and how would one go about finding a traveler such as him? The race to find Ryu is on, but who will come out on top?
